"Have a friend living there. It's in a nice neighborhood so I was surprised at how poorly maintained the place is. The apartments are infested with cockroaches. Trash spilled out all over the ground near the dumpsters. The laundry rooms are dirty. The apartments are overpriced and maintenance is severely neglected. Not a place I would live nor an environment I would want my kids in. Dirty nasty place."

"I lived there for 4 years. The office staff and maintenance people are very friendly. Sadly when theft became an issue they said "tis the season" and refuse to take any action to make the place safer. I had 1 car broken into multiple times and one stolen talking to neighbors and I'm not the only one. People go through dumpsters at all hours of the day and night. They seem to do the bare minimum as far as up keep and maintenance issues in the apartments. I've talked to some people who still live there and they said it has only gotten worse. Too bad, great elementary school."
