This is Food Union

"Located in downtown Rochester along a busy side street, the nearest parking requires the use of a meter. This Is Food Union is located downstairs, and there are several signs to show you the way. Once there, the space is small but it is loaded with gourmet goodness. I've followed the business for months on Instagram, largely because of the selection of artisan cheeses, and I was not disappointed! The cheese fridge isn't huge but there's a lovely variety of cheeses, including some local ones. On my visit, there were several from Redhead Creamery here in Minnesota and also Sweet Grass Dairy out of Georgia. The rest of the shop is fun to explore as well. There are lots of cookies, crackers, and chocolates, plus some pretty and witty home décor. I had to grab a preserve to go along with my cheese purchases. This is a place I'll happily shop again in the future. Do note that they are only open a few days a week, and they have some events go on as well. They seem to do a great job of keeping that info current on their social media."
