What really stood out to me was how well the property was taken care of! The location boosted stunning views, proximate to nearby stops and shops, coupled with nicely designed apartment layouts. Ms. Wilson, was instrumental with her professionalism and assistance throughout the leasing information process. The community amenities were fantastic, and the maintenance team even made an introduction during my visit. I was highly impressed with the Larkspur Woods and while I am still reviewing communities ahead of my 2024 move in date, I will be sure to revisit as it gets closer. Thank you Ms. Wilson!"

"We recently moved to Sacramento and have been living at Larkspur Woods for about 3 months. Ever we since we initially reached Hailee has been helping us every step of the way and still helps us to this day. She’s great! Maintenance requests are answered promptly and the community is quite. In addition, the amenities (gym, sauna, clubhouse, pool/spa, BBQ, private dog-park, etc.) are great and the periodic resident events like food truck visits are an added plus. Visitor parking within the community is limited but there is more than plenty on the nearby streets. We look forward to living at Larkspur Woods for quite a while."
