"Very slummy apartments filled with cockroaches and mice. Shannon is a vindictive and tyrannical manager who knows nothing about professionalism or customer service. Beware of bait and switch and despot scams. The company has countless lawsuits for scamming and exploiting tenants. Apartments are not particularly dangerous compared to other slums but are not safe either with many people being shot or killed at the apartments over the years, less so recently."

"I have been here at Ella for almost about 2 months now and I am beyond happy with my apartment. This is my roommate and I's first apartment; Kia and Shannon were able to make our first time experience one of the best. Easy move-in, and left us a beautiful move in gift. If you are looking for a team who is helpful and goes above and beyond for their applicants and residents... Kia and Shannon are your people!"

"I lived here for 2 years and I would not recommend anyone to apply here unless you are desperate. I had so many issues here it’s ridiculous. From your water being turned off at least once a month (if not multiple times within the month), inability to get ahold of management, terrible parking, terrible a/c, utilities magically increasing to $150, to mice. You name the issue, they have it. There is a reason this place is constantly going through workers. Management of the company and property is atrocious. I mean… $1700+ to live on 6th st???? Come on. (The current manager, Shannon is the absolute only positive here.)"

"Perfect place to live if you love surprises! You'll wake up every morning wondering if you will have running water or if it's been shut off again for hours at a time. Sometimes with notice, often with little to none. Living here is also perfect for if you want the experience of living in a college dorm and being micromanaged by the RA (I'm looking at you, new property manager). The balconies and patios are cute! Except you can't use them. New monthly inspections will lead to a $25 charge per item if you are a human and have belongings. Do you like parking? They sure have it, at the ransom of $40/month. What does that get you? One spot, for one specific car only. Have two cars in your family? If that other car is ever parked in your assigned spot you risk being towed, and good luck with street parking. Oh, and if the parking spot is not paid for, the spot is left vacant and forfeited! That makes sense. Since Chela left, the new property manager has made it really difficult to just live peacefully. However, I will say that Jonathon is a really bright light and joy to work with. That's probably the only pro. #BringBackChela2022"

"Since day one the manager Chela has been nothing but Helpful and so so kind. She had gone above and beyond to make sure we moved in easily and everything in our unit was in place after we were fully settled in. Her partner Johnathan has also been so helpful and friendly anytime we’ve needed a repair and help with something he’s been there to help. They both are also so well with my dogs which is wonderful knowing my dogs are comfortable at home. These two are the BEST !"
