"I pre-ordered my tickets ahead of time and when I got there it was so easy to get checked in and go right to the movie. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The lines went quickly to order food and beverages."
"My fave theatre in the area. I drive past the Marcus cinema on Mineral Point to get to this AMC location. Most recently watched Dune pt 2 in IMAX and in Dolby. Great staff and theatre’s are almost always in clean and great condition. They can get a bit warm at times in the winter. I do find that the bathrooms (men’s) are pretty neglected by the end of the night on late showings but I understand this given that the theatre is sparsely staffed late at night."
"This has been, and likely will be, the worst review I will ever write. Top to bottom this was a poor experience. Beginning with the careless employees - most of whom had earbuds in and were listening to music and seemed to have no care for customer service. Almost every food option was out - poor stocking and management. And the final price of food, drink and ticket for 2 people? 77 dollars! Outrageous for an experience like this. I’d recommend taking your dollar and time to any other movie theater, this one clearly doesn’t value it."
"Every time I go to the theater I remember why I stopped going in the first place. The system was down for maintenance so we couldn't buy snacks because it was cash only. This was during Dune, how much money did they lose because of the issues? Only one guy working at the concession counter so the line was way too long even if we did have cash. Sode machine seemed to be having issues when we walked by. Auditorium was fine but the volume was ear splitting. Gave up & walked out in the first couple of minutes of the movie when people wouldn't stop talking (yelling) at each other. Couldn't get a refund because the systems were down so gave up & did a charge back. Never going to this place again."
"We love a late night show. The server at the counters were very polite and concessions were good. However , in the theater itself the two chairs that we had pre-ordered were not working properly, So we had relocated next to them. I understand the volume is usually turned up in the movie theater, but the volume was so turned up it was causing some of the speakers to sound like they were about to or were already blown out."
