"We were looking for a new park to take our grandchildren after lunch at Gus's Diner. We found Wetmore Community Park by looking for nearby parks on Google. It popped up and we went to check it out. The splash was nice with very creative sprinklers. The there of the park is flower gardens and butterflies. The canopies over the tables were butterfly shaped. The sprinklers were flower and garden critter shaped. The playground equipment was nature themed with spider webs and leaves. The equipment itself was well designed to be challenging yet safe. Lots of green space to run and play in. There are also two large shelters for parties and picnics as well as modern restrooms. Our grandkids loved the place."

"One of the nicest parks around. Everything is new and clean. Impressive landscaping, the splash pad is top notch, and the playground equipment is very unique and exceptional. There is a 2 story tube slide and lots of climbing equipment."

"Excellent community park. Nice, clean facilities. Entertainment for all ages. Shelters available for rent/reservation. New bike racks. New splashpad and playground as of 2021. Awesome place to take kids in the summer. New rinks, one hockey, one skating in 2021 as well. Great fun for the whole family in the winter"

"The splash pad is big, the layout is awesome! There's big rocks around to sit on and watch your kids play. The middle of the splash pad has a ladybug bucket that splashes water all over. The park is also really nice!"
