Rancho Hillside Apartments

"Lydia and the whole neighborhood are worst at all time! We were promised some lights in the dark neighborhood but we were there for one year and nothing was done. My husband was attacked by a homeless guy dogs and nothing was done. I was followed homeless guys multiple times to my apartment and nothing was done. All incidents were reported to the office and they did nothing. We were promised to install a tennis net before we signed the lease one year ago, the tennis net is still not installed! We requested so many repair orders and NOTHING was done. AC doesn’t work at all, I have done so many order requests and absolutely nothing was done. Lydia is the worst and the most disrespectful when it comes to ask for our rights, moving out is a whole different story of disrespect. I was there was a ZERO STAR to give!"

"The trash is being taken out where it was dumped by careless tenets. The cleaning looks better, people still smoke near my new car and leave their cigarettes buts around. So just a few areas that need to take care. Trash..needs to be gone from parking areas.the asphalt needs to be repaired with asphalt...not gravel or dirt.... The huge dump container needs to be removed when it is full."

"Hi! If anyone has this residence corporate number please comment with the information! My roommate and I just recently moved in, the floor plan was not the floor plan we discussed, broken doors, AC didn’t work (yet we got charged up the butt), on move in date; floors were not swept nor mopped and our washing machine does NOT work. Lydia and the manager whose never there because lunch is CLEARLY more important than residents, have not helped whatsoever in replacing our broken washer. All talk, no action. We did the leg work in submitting our maintenance chit and it’s been over a month, yet we still have no washer (in which we pay for included in our rent)"

"I want to start by saying these apartments are one of the nicest apartments that I've ever lived in. It is also one of the best well-kept places that I have ever lived. Whenever I have friends over, I get so many compliments of how homey my home feels and how they have so many amenities a lot of apartments lack. From providing services such as cooking classes & Zumba classes. To the tennis courts and having so much parking available for my guests to park in when they come to visit me. Two additional laundromats throughout each phase as an option to save on the water bill. I am extremely impressed with how the establishment is ran. Whenever an issue arises there is always someone there to reassure me that whatever issue I have will be taken care of in a timely manner. Evelyn the apartment manager who manages the apartments is always so helpful and goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I am getting the service that I am paying for. I've never felt so appreciated as a tenant and never have to worry about not being heard. She is always so attentive and shows true authenticity when it comes to the well-being of my family. I have never had a complex manager care so much about who I am as a person and what my family needs to live comfortably. I truly feel that I have found my forever home even though I am just renting. I would definitely recommend he is apartments to my friends who are looking into renting! Keep up the good work guys!"
