"Unfortunately, the current manager Renad Ibrahim is just unbelievable with her work ethic. More than 20+ apartments don’t even want to talk to her about what they need as their right as a resident because they are insulted & offended by her actions and demeanor. And the current problem everyone is facing right now is the inability to contact her because she’s always not in her office and she always talks in a very rude way to people. In the end, the responsible management could come to the apartment and ask the resident or even send out a form to see how all the residents don’t like her work."
"I have been trying to help my client with looking for an apartment. He has been trying to move in for the last month he gave a deposit and housing commission did the inspection he was called in to sign the lease and he did he also was called in to get the keys and move in all of a sudden Manager claims there is a computer error and now he ia is being told a check bounced that was given toward move in from a rental resource that help with rent and deposit,He was told give them a few days to straighten this out haven’t heard from then since now when goes by to check in about moving in she’s says to him get away from here he is not allowed in office her boss wil call him.Nothing yet.Money taken ,signed lease,no keys I don’t understand how can they do this to someone that has a disability ."
"I have been living here going on 4 years now. I enjoy what the new management company is doing to not only upgrade but also cleaning it up around here as well. Evelyn and Renad have been great to have here. Their communication is amazing, and they are both very understanding on situations that can come unexpectedly. They are very efficient getting back to whether it be via email or calling, I always get a call back. It's sad seeing people talking so negatively when they need to take into consideration that there is literally ONE person handling 100+ residents and their needs etc. Renad and Evelyn are amazing, and I honestly am glad they run the property here because again they are doing an amazing job!!"
"Having the direct number to the leasing office is supposed to make things easier for residents and potential residents, but somehow it made the application process exponentially more stressful and negative. My roommate and I apply over Labor Day weekend, obviously not expecting a response until the following Tuesday. 9 AM rolls around on that Tuesday, both of us are taking turns calling and calling-- no response. No helpful voicemail message, just the standard Cedar Glen spiel. This is all fine. We reach the 5th hour of calling, and someone finally picks up. Renad is usually super nice, but this time picks up the phone with an immediately passive aggressive attitude, stating we keep calling and calling even though the office is on lunch. Understood, that is our bad; but also, how does anyone know that when it is not stated anywhere on your website or in your voicemail message or anywhere? Or maybe an answer to a previous phone call to let us know to stop calling and bothering you on your lunch so that we can stop getting increasingly frustrated as well? It is stated on your application process as the next step after applying, to "Contact your leasing office". Why make this step so hard? Why be rude to potential residents when they are just trying to be updated when you aren't doing your part? Genuinely a super negative, super frustrating experience in the already stressful process of finding a home. Not to mention she committed to a response before the end of the day on Wednesday, and right now is the end of their Thursday business day, and we barely heard back a few hours ago."
"They do not answer their phone. My roommate and I were applying online for an apartment and they would not answer our calls no matter what time of day we called. We called at 9 AM, 10 AM, to even 2-3 pm and no response. They only call or email when they have to for documents but they ignore your calls if you have any questions. They don’t have their lunch hours on their website but they expect us to know when they’re on lunch and are passive aggressive about it if you call during those hours despite us just trying to reach out like their website instructed us to do."
