"Friends of mine lived here during the time when the building caught on fire in 2020- a horrible time to loose your home and belongings. After it destroyed everything they had, the management company basically washed their hands of them and did nothing to help them whatsoever and never looked back. But look at it now! They certainly got paid!! Beware of the Management for this building!! Look elsewhere!!"

"UPDATE: After meeting with the management again, my issues were able to be resolved promptly. I was offered a replacement parking spot inside the gated community. The manager and his assistant were polite and understanding. I would like to thank them for their professionalism. Although there have been misunderstandings and issues in the past, they are striving to improve. Most of the other problems are being addressed as well, and the pool is opening soon, yay! If you are facing the same or different problems, I would recommend reaching out to them. If things continue to improve, I would definitely give them a chance. ORIGINAL: Horrible place; ever since the new management took charge, the whole complex has been going into shambles. It's not safe here. Drugs are rampant, 'gated entrence' where its never in operation and open to all who wishs in. They are harassing and targeting long term tenants. Annual rent increases, and the pool is closed almost all year round. As for parking, you are promised 2 park spots if you rent a 3 bedroom apartment, thats a lie. They give you a spot only available after business hours and you aren't allowed to park there in the mornings so you have to go and move your car to the streets even if n one uses your assigned park and it sits empty the whole day. I really don't recommend anyone coming here, you can do better Fairfield. All I want is to be able to live peacefully and it isn't happening with this management"

"John bad manager he’s the rudest person i met in my life and I know 13 family they don’t like him and more and we will complain on him or we will leave this horrible apartment because he’s not following the rules and he’s not listening to his residents just what he like to hear And the other problem i have one car and you can’t park your brother or sister car in your parking spot because will tow if don’t have sticker As they want control your life and to not let any visitors to park in our parking what kind of horrible apartment like that???? That’s what the manager told me"
