"I don't personally live here, but a close friend of mine does and I've been very impressed. The units are affordably priced, spacious, and we'll made. The architecture is hip and modern and everything is kept very clean. The neighborhood is an area of Vista that was completely redone with a new master plan and a "Paseo" theme (roughly translates as: leisurely, social evening stroll). And thankfully some of the very busy and popular establishments were kept in the new neighborhood plan. My friend tells me that the management is helpful and friendly. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is apparently some of the parking spaces intended for residents in the building's early plan available on the city planning website website were reallocated to a commercial unit on the first floor leaving some residents without a parking space."
