"Relatively quiet and the complex is absolutely beautiful, I did all of my work to sign my lease with Tim. Very clear and to the point kinda guy. Only downsides are #1, the parking is limited. You have to pay for a parking pass but there is no guarantee that you will find an open spot. You can pay extra for a reserved spot, but there may be a waiting list. #2 is that there are no designated smoking areas on the property."

"My boyfriend and I recently visited the property and we were given a tour from Jess. She was so friendly and very knowledgeable about the amenities. Beautiful apartments and it is such a plus to be close to the Village. This property is our top choice and we are so excited to be future residents here."

"Where to start. I am not much of a reviewer but I feel that this place deserves it. I have lived here for the last 3 years. The upkeep of the community is beautiful and any maintenance issues are resolved super quick. All of the amenities they offer are great. Most places have tiny pools and small hot tubs. Melrose has the biggest pool I’ve seen at an apartment and the hot tub sits 15+. What’s most convenient is the train station that’s walkable from the complex. Not having to deal with Oceanside parking made this worth it. All the staff are super friendly and approachable with any issues or questions I had."

"Great place if you want to know what it feels like to live in a kennel. Massive loud dogs barking and running everywhere. Pig with lipstick for sure. Everything broke, garbage disposal was a constant nightmare. Charged me $375 on move out for paint, nothing was hung on the walls, said underneath the counter was scuffed. I magic erased every little mark and the place was cleaner than when I moved in. Was there on a 9 month lease, 2 of which i was in Europe for work. Crooks!"

"SCRAPYARD NEXT DOOR! Just a heads up to anyone considering living here….there is a Scrapyard yard next door that they failed to disclose. If you have a unit near the back you WILL hear it EVERY single day of the week! They never disclosed that to us and when we asked about it they told us it was only Monday-Friday 8-5pm. This image was taken Sunday…I can hear it in my apartment and can’t sit on the patio ever due to the noise. So just heads up because I never got one. UPDATE: Saturday Nov. 11 2023 10:06am: Scrapyard is currently going and It woke me up. I contacted the property management Maggie. She never followed through with me. Also I wrote a letter to front desk and no one has contact me back regarding this issue. Dropping my review from 3 stars to 2 stars. Great job Melrose."
