"The area is great, quiet and away from the city. Neighbors are nice and for the most part, the staff has been easy to work with and maintenance issues are mostly taken care of. However, there has been an escalation of crime on the property over the past several months. My car has been broken into, I have seen car windows smashed out, someone tried to get into my apartment, and other tenants report similar issues. Management has not done anything meaningful to mitigate this from happening, despite multiple reports to them. If you move here, expect your car, or maybe even your apartment to be broken into at some point."

"Chris, Aria, and Garry have shown ultimate courtesy, kindness, and professionalism in repairing and/or replacing several maintenance issues in my home including a new water heater and washer, a plugged and cracked sink, and a leaky patio roof. They leave the work area clean, tidy, and just as they found it, while expertly correcting and completing each job efficiently and effectively. Bravo team!"
