"Place has German cockroaches...the worst kind. Pest control is optional so that means you'll always have roaches if your neighbors don't get treatment. There's all sorts of bugs too including silverfish, spiders, earwigs, spring tails, drain gnats, fruit flies etc. It isn't gated either so you'll have a whole host of vagrants and solicitors knocking on your door all hours of the day and night. Cheaply built apartments where appliances break down and leak. The apartments are also foul smelling because of the roaches. All of the 5 star reviews from a few months ago are because property management bribed the tenants to leave good reviews in exchange for Starbucks gift cards. For $2400+ a month, it's not worth it. You'll also be stuck with a 13 month lease and not 12 months. Don't live here. You have been warned."

"My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. I can proudly say it’s a safe and clean place to live. They have cameras now all around the apartments. The pools area is nice and big for bbq and family and friends coming over. Their maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful."

"We moved here April 2019, after reading the reviews we were not sure if we even wanted to come and look at the apartments, but we are glad we did. The grounds are meticulously kept, the office staff is friendly and always helpful. We are directly in front of the pool, which we thought would get really loud. But so far not a problem. There were a couple of times when people were loud, but usually people leave the pool area by 10 pm. we find the complex to be very quiet. The apartment is nice, clean, well kept. It has not central air, but compared to our old apartment, this apartment stays cool for most of the day even in the summer. However we did buy a portable air conditioner for our bedroom. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and with giving this place a chance."
