"They're ripping people off for money over electricity putting false charges on your bill that doubles your electric bill and won't do anything about it they even change your rent amount which is illegal they have no idea how much an individual electricity uses so you are paying for someone else's by electric use do not move here way too much trouble future lawsuit pending."

Since moving in, the maintenance staff has been so helpful, friendly and hard working. It truly feels like home. Stacey has been a tremendous manager here and is always so kind and caring. You can tell that the team behind barham villas cares about their community and truly takes care of the property. "My partner and I had the most amazing experience with our initial interaction with the manager Stacey as well as Jake. This was our first time finding an Apartment for just the two of us and we’ve been searching for months. They are both such personable and hard working individuals and want to make sure prospective renters are given everything they need to make the best decision. The apartment complex is gorgeous and in a very safe and convenient area for almost everything you could want and need. They are great at communicating to renters either through email or by calling and service requests are fast to respond as well. We are so incredibly happy with the decision we made and we highly recommend this complex to anyone."

"I have lived hear for almost 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! My apartment is super nice and much bigger than most apartments in the area, especially for the price. Sarah and Monir are both super nice and helpful & the maintenance staff always gets things fixed super quick! The parking is definitely a bit difficult because they have 14 spots for the whole community. The pool and hot tub are great, and the gym is open from 7am - 10pm. The grounds are beautiful and super well kept up and there are many cute dogs to pet throughout the community. There is a mix of families and college students here, which makes the occasional loud nights of parties, and loud days with children playing, but everybody is super nice. We'll be sad when we have to move out someday."
