"My daughter and 2 yr old granddaughter lived here for 2 months in fall of 2021 and we started seeing cockroaches in her unit right after she moved in. The mgmt kept trying to minimize it by calling them “water bugs” but a water bug is another name for COCKROACH! They sprayed multiple times but nothing helped. We found out from a neighbor that the previous tenant kept trash on the balcony so that’s probably what drew them in and clearly mgmt didn’t take care of the problem. After 2 months of living in hell and staying with me half the time because my daughter and granddaughter were traumatized, they moved out, costing my daughter $600 for movers, but mgmt was unwilling to give any rent back and only agreed to refund her deposit. I highly recommend you avoid this place."

"TERRIBLE. They reply to reviews but dont actually fix issues. THEY PRETEND TO CARE. The most unprofessional staff ever, their Corporate Staff Anna refused to speak to me after I told her about my unit (81) was and is completely infested with cockroaches and endangering my child. They did absolutely nothing to fix the problem except spray all my stuff with toxic chemicals. They had absolutely no remorse for the terrible conditions of the apartment. I had to seek legal action and write to the better business bureau. I'm completely disgusted with how little they care about tenant issues.. also you could break into any unit by sliding a simple card through the door. Completely unsafe. Edit. After THREE years you finally came up with the most pathetic response to my review, three years later and I'm sure absolutely nothing has changed. And for those wondering I actually won my case against them so if you experience something similar don't be afraid to sue, make sure it's for "unsafe living conditions""

"I currently live at shadowridge heights. The manager is rude and unwilling to help with maintaining the complex. I have been calling the corporate office to get the repairs done. Aside from that, I don't have very many realistic complaints. Every time I use the hot tub I get a sinus infection because they will not keep it clean. Other residents have informed me that they have rodents and roaches. My roof is dry rotting and they don't care. I am going to see how long it takes them to fix or replace my dishwasher. I will be calling them Tuesday morning. It took them 6 weeks to get someone to fix my patio after my foot went through it."

"My husband and I lived here for 1.5 years. The community has lots of well kept lawns and landscaping which is hard to find these days especially with apartment living. With stores, good schools, and parks within walking distance this neighborhood felt very safe. The pool and spa were always very clean and inviting. Overall, our 1 bedroom was much larger than similarly priced apartments in the area. We had a downstairs unit so we also were privy to a nice sized patio. The parking could get tough on Sundays, so plan accordingly if you have friends over to visit. With a bit of planning the parking never became a serious issue even with two people and only one assigned spot. All management and maintenance persons were very helpful and responsive and quick to resolve anything that might come up."
