"PLEASE do NOT live here. Save yourself your time and money and look elsewhere to rent. My husband and I did the worst mistake of signing the contract without even looking at the apartment first because “they didn’t have the unit available to see”. When I got the keys I thought it was move in ready and to my surprise it was FILTHY. The kitchen cabinets were disgusting and THICK of paint that one of the drawers was stuck and we couldn’t open it or close it. ALL the baseboards were dirty as well as the light switches. The entrance door had GAPS therefore air would get in the house as well as mosquitos and we would wake up with mosquito bites everywhere. Balcony was absolutely gross. And the whole wood was torn apart. Our bathroom was probably the worst part about this place. Drawer was broken and they were disgusting from the inside filled with hair. After a long, exhausting, and sweaty day of moving in, when I tried to shower we came to find out that our shower was BROKEN and maintenance took over a WEEK to fix it therefore we weren’t able to shower there the whole time and we showered with a bucket of water. Lastly, the smell of the apartment was unbearable no matter how many candles, or air scented plugs I tried. Maintenance never did anything about all these things that were broken besides the shower after having to chase them down to get them to fix it. Please DO NOT RENT HERE."
"If I could give it a 0 I would. Do not recommend moving in to this property. Please do not waiste your time and or money. I’ve been here for only 3 months and apartment was not move in ready , flooring was poorly done and began lifting when we moved in our furniture , lots of cabinets were broken, patio roof was half hanging off after 3 months it still has not been fixed. Also management is very unprofessional they will not take your concerns into consideration. If you can , avoid the stress and find somewhere else to live where they will actually work with you and adress your concerns."
"I want to share that while living here for about ten months, it was not as bad as I thought. I lived in unit B, 1 bed/1 bath. My unit was clean, and I liked it very much. There was no AC, and no actual light fixture in the living room or bedroom, so you must bring your tall lamps. My biggest problem was with people parking behind my car, and while living at Las Palmas, we did run into a mice issue as well. Management did attempt to seal the hole in the cabinet, but we still see mice. But like I said, for the price, you can’t complain, and my unit was pretty lovely. Also, Gina was pretty friendly. There was loud music, but that was only on Friday nights and the weekends; it didn't bother me. I would definitely rent from here again if I ever decide to live in the area again. I forgot to mention, only one parking space issue for your one car. It's hard to find parking outside the apartments. I got three parking tickets, so make sure to move your vehicle before 8 AM on Tuesdays and Fridays"
"Nastiest apartments I’ve ever set foot in Everything is so run down, everything broken, cracks, mold, and roaches literally everywhere. The outside is unbelievably nasty and dirty. There are always piles of trash all over the entire complex. It’s unbelievably LOUD everywhere, people blast music every single day until midnight and kids run around screaming and you can hear literally everything. Extremely ghetto The laundry machines are old and will eat all your quarters. I’ve also never set foot in any building that holds heat quite like these do. You’ll pay an extra few hundred if you run your AC all the time but that’s the only way you won’t pass out from the overbearing heat. You’d think they would be a lot cheaper given these circumstances. Can’t say one good thing about this place."
"They tow your vehicle out of your own reserved parking spot, they double charge you for permits, the place is a run down disaster, and they enter your home without you there. They take over two days to get back to you on a maintenance issue. Do I need to keep going or is this enough to make you feel uncomfortable? It's literally the worst apartment complex I've ever been in. You get one reserved parking spot and then good luck to anyone else with a vehicle in your family because they have to park a mile away and walk in. I've gotten three nails in my tires from the parking available to us. Gangs hangout in the streets all night, every other Saturday there is a raging party down the street that goes on till 1am."
