"The manager here is a slum lord. The hot water is terrible and burns you every time you shower. The never repair anything when it breaks. And when she’s in a bad mood takes it out on the tenants. When we moved out she kept our entire deposit after the walk through. She’s a joke!! You can find better places to rent. I do not recommend these places at all!!"

"LIVED HERE 2 YRS...NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT NEVER EVER PAID 1 MONTH OF RENT LATE BUT YET I GOT A 60 DAY NOTICE TO MOVE....STILL DONT KNOW WHY ??? MELISSA THE MANAGER IS AS NOSEY AS IT GETS !! SHE CALLS THE POLICE ON EVERYONE FOR NO REASON !! YUCAIPA PD WONT EVEN BE BOTHERED WITH HER....THE MOLD IS CRAZY AND SHE SAYS ITS MILDEW AND PAINTS OVER IT !!! NO DOGS BUT SHE HAS 2 OF HER OWN !!! TOOK MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT FOR WHAT ??? SHE NEVER DID A WALK THROUGH BUT YET SHE HAS A ITEMIZED LIST OF THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ??? LIKE WOW !!! #SLUMLORDS !!! DO NOT RENT HERE PERIOD !!!!"
