"This is the most terrible place I've ever been. I'm not talking about the poor conditions of the apartment. It's the cheapest place you can find to be fair. But I would never stay there again even it becomes totally free. You'll definitely regret it! The management (if there is any) is horrible. The owner found a tenant to help him and ask us to contact her for any issues. The "manager" always told us to ask the owner if we have any questions. The owner only went to the apartment twice a week. We had to do everything on our own. Only once, she offered to help that is when she heard we were moving out, she asked us if we needed real estate services (right, that's her real job.). The owner use our deposit to clean the apartment beyond the original conditions as we moved in. When we moved in, the apartment is in terrible conditions. The owner didn't clean it at all. The bathtubs are full of stains. The blind windows have a thick layer of dust on them. When we moved out, we clean it carefully. As a result, the apartment is much cleaner than when we moved in. However, when we asked for our deposit. The owner said he used our deposit to clean the water stains and blind windows which was already there when we moved in. This is a terrible place full of terrible people. Stay away from here as far as you can!"
