The apartment itself was clean and property well maintained. Laundry machines use a convenient app, so no cash needed. Top floor recommended (my downstairs neighbors heard my walking). Gave me my full security deposit back with no hassle. 10/10."

"I highly recommend this apartment complex! It may look a little old but the units are in good condition and the complex is always improving. It is in a great location for both students and families. Although it isn't gated, I have never felt unsafe here. The University is next door and the Chancellors house is just up the street. Management is great and very helpful. They were very cooperative with my speedy move in and my delayed move out. Very pet friendly. The residents are a mix of students and families. I never had any problems with anyone. It is a clean and well kept complex with two beautiful pools. I highly recommend you consider this apartment! It is a safe and friendly complex at a great price!"
