"My daughters overall experience here was a nightmare. Her roommates were filthy and the office staff are rude even though they claim to go above and beyond for the tenants. They are rude, extremely unprofessional and talk down to people. Why would any student feel comfortable speaking to the staff about issues they are having when they are talked to in such a manner? My own dealings with the office staff was just as bad. While trying to explain the gross conditions my daughter was living in, the person I spoke with kept trying to cut me off or speak over me. She said she wanted to know what the conditions were so that way she could prevent the same thing from happening to another tenant yet when we tried to explain she said she didn’t want to know and for us to mail in the key…and she wonders why my daughter never went to her for help prior to her being forced to leave due to the disgusting living conditions of her roommate’s. She spent more time defending herself and her “wonderful “ staff than she did addressing the issue. When you’re wonderful and go above and beyond for your tenants you don’t need to proclaim it for all to hear…people can see and tell by your actions."

"Awful experience. My roommates were gross and unclean. The staff besides maybe the RAs were rude and unkind and unwilling to understand that people struggle. They treat you like you're inferior to them. Felt uncomfortable and anxious to go to the front office for anything. The price is ridiculous for what they put you through. Overall bad experience."

"From start to finish, the management team went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and supported during the entire process. The apartment itself was in immaculate condition when I first moved in, and any maintenance issues that arose were addressed immediately. I never had to worry about a thing, as the management team was always responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up. What really stood out to me was how friendly and professional the management team was. They truly went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with my living situation and that all of my needs were met. I felt like I was more than just a tenant - I was part of a community that was cared for and looked after. Overall, I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place to call home. The management team is truly exceptional and I am so grateful for all of their hard work and dedication to making my living experience the best it could be. Thank you for everything!"

"Living at Stonehaven is fantastic! Very quiet and maintenance is always punctual and helpful. The maintenance supervisor Joey and tech Garrett worked on getting me hot water in my shower and fixing my dishwasher in under an hour!! Thank you for all your help and for working in such a timely manner:)"

"It's an okay place to live. I personally didn't have any trouble with any neighbors and the people that worked at the front lobby. They were very nice and helpful but I have to agree that they do charge you for every little thing when you move out even though I cleaned that apartment head to toe! My mother helped me too and we left it spotless and they took nearly 50% of my security deposit which isn't right because they need to improve the apartment inside especially the bathrooms from previous residents. Over time restrooms and showers build up mold & all kind of stuff from the moisture or showers which is understandable but they need to keep an eye on it when they rent it out to future residents/students."
