"I very much appreciate the proactivity from manager and Virginia very helpful and friendly, the complex has improved under their management ."
"As a vendor, I can tell you that since the new owner and management team took over Aspire Redlands in June of 2023, they have been on a journey to do property improvements inside and out, and the results are obvious! I have dealt with the on site team and top members of Clarion Management and I can tell you that they are trying very hard to make Redlands the best it can be. All dealings that I have had are super professional and you can see their sincerity in making it all about the resident. With all of these positive changes, I would highly recommend Aspire Redlands as a place to call home."
"Lived at this Complex over 5 years. Grounds are well kept, Maintenance is polite and helpful. The property manager Ms. Ledesma is very fair and understanding to work with."

"My company moves me every few years, so I’ve lived in 5 different complexes in SoCal and Arizona. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and it’s the most ‘different’ complex I’ve ever lived in. First off, until about 6 months ago, you weren’t able to have the full cost of your rent + utilities auto paid monthly. Instead, you had to set a price ceiling, which meant if you set too low of a ceiling and didn’t check your rent that month (which is the point of the autopay feature), you’d incur late charges. Finally, they gave the autopay option to pay whatever the charge is and not a guess. The only complaint with this is that unless you pay by money order, which means no autopay, you’ll be charged a service fee of $4. Even though this is the only complex that charges a service fee that I’ve lived in, $4 isn’t a big deal. However, for some reason, they’re unable to charge a single service fee for rent+utilities, so it’s 2x service fees per month. An extra $96/year. Just seems like a very antiquated payment system. I won’t go into detail about their resident page. I realize this first part was long-winded, so I’ll be brief about this next. 3 different complex managers in the last 1 1/2 years, which is probably a reflection on their management. The lease agreement says that non-urgent emergencies require the management to give 24-hour notice prior to entering. I’ve seen said notices 3x and only 1 was given with 24-hour notice. Also, my apartment has been entered more in any of the complexes I’ve ever lived in. I thought that was odd— previous complexes would enter maybe once a year for an annual inspection (the nicer complexes) or to access something or paint something. But if I had to guess, I’d say there have been about 10-12 days of management or workers (I’ve never called in any issues here) have needed to enter the apartment. Most recently, they painted the doors and windows (I’m assuming due to a lot of vacancy for curb appeal), but since then, which has been about 2 weeks, we still have no apartment numbers since they removed them during painting. I put a sign up since pizza/amazon delivery drivers we’re getting lost. Oh, and they usually give the 24-hour notice on construction-I will give them that - but this time they didn’t. Ha. I gave it 2-stars because of the nice-sized balcony and good location near the freeway, but away from the noise."
