"I canceled my application. It's ridiculous that after 3 weeks they still asking for things even though everytime I asked what else do you need from me to get approved Casandra would say everything looked good, she just needed her managers signature. She literally did this to me about 4 times. Now she's saying I can get a hold of your boss for employment verification. Yet I was with my manager the 2 times she called and my manager gave her her email to send her the form. Form never got to my boss. If I'm having these issues before even getting a new place I can only imagine how it would have been living there. I would call up to 5 times a day and send emails to see where the process of my application was and I wouldn't get no response until I would show up to there office personally. Everytime I went Cassandra was all over the place. Then when they finally started answering my calls (not many of them were answered) either Cassandra wasn't there or the manager was never there. Place looks decent but Staff wise and service is a 0."

"I have been living here for over a year and I my apartment has mold and maintenance has never came by to fix it. The apartments are in very bad condition. I have also rent multiple maintenance request because the window don’t close all the way and well as the patio door. I have also had issues with the upstairs tenants. The stomping is terrible and they also drop heavy items all night. The windows are constantly shanking from the stomping and loud noises. I spoke to management about but they have not done anything about the problem and were also rude about it. They basically told me they would need proof in order to talk to these tenants about the noise situation. Horrible place to live at."

"Awful. Current tenant here. Do not waste your time or money. They claim their properties are renovated from the ground up but they are not. They cheaply maintain the property and claim everything is new. They allow homeless people to dig through the trash and make a mess and charge more for trash each month. The buildings are infested with earwigs and roaches. When we first moved in, their tenant portal glitched out and would not upload our (required) renters insurance and then we had to fight with the office to remove erroneous late charges because of it. Their latest stunt is removing our autopay info without notice and charging a 100$ late fee because their system glitched out. I provided bank statements to prove there was enough in the account and they just do not care. They will charge for everything they can. Don't move here."

"I've been living here for 3 years now I love maintenance ,they do a great job........ today my maintenance guy his name is David he was very helpful very professional, and friendly... I actually was a little rude to him in the beginning because I was having a bad day ..but he was very understanding, and forgiving... he answered all my questions and any concerns that I had."

"My friend and I went in for a tour. Let me tell you. These lady's are organized! We got a tour from annie. She was so nice and had an amazing vibe! The property was so clean! Annie and her manager answered all of our questions. We are definitely renting here!"
