"Everything was fantastic, except there was a horrible stench in the hallway, like something died and wasn't removed for at least a week. Great rooms and plenty of places to shop and dine in the immediate area. Front desk personnel were helpful and friendly."

"We have regularly stayed at the Ayres Moreno Valley for at least 15 years. The hotel is clean and the staff are great. The accommodations in the room were very good. However, our last couple of stays were lacking. The once superb breakfast has really gone downhill. One of the reasons we picked the Ayres was the long gone fabulous omelettes. Two stays ago, on a weekend, we were told they did omelettes only during the week. Our last stay was for four days during the week, not an omelette or cooked to order serving of eggs to be found! The steamer table had some overcooked scrambled eggs, tasteless sausage patties, and cold potatoes. We left out from 10:30am to 10:45pm, one day, our room was not serviced all day. The desk person said she would note it, but that was it. Get it together folks!"

"Room had a lingering smell that would not disapate. Wifi was out for the last 2 days of my stay. Location is great, easy to get around. Just likely better options. But not having access to Internet made the business trip drastically more stressful."

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little too soft for our preference. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is perfect around plenty of restaurants, stores, a mall and Costco directly next door. We were excited about trying the delicious breakfast that is mentioned in reviews. Unfortunately the omelette bar is not available on the weekends which is not mentioned in the reviews. Otherwise the food is tasty and we enjoyed making our own mini waffles."
