"I live there for about 3 years and during my time there I can say it was very enjoyable. They were very professional. They always got back to my calls as soon as they could which was usually about either the same day or early the next day. There was no lack of communication. The maintenance workers there were especially nice and would usually fix anything you requested in the same day rent was fairly reasonable and they were very understanding when you were late on rent. Usually if you communicate they would give you extra time to pay it. I would recommend this for anyone who wants to be near a lot of places to eat as well as a hospital for emergencies. My overall experience was very satisfying and in the future if I do need to get to an apartment again for any reason this will be the first place I look again."

"I wish I could give them a complete zero because they don't take care of their residents as they say. Me and my wife currently live here and people's cars have been broken into. Also our license plate was stolen and we told them and they said there is nothing can do. They told us the property would be secured and none of the gates lock and alot of homeless people have been walking on the premises and they use our laundry rooms and they are going through the trash. Also people's packages have been stolen from people's apartments right from in front of their door. We told the leasing office and they said once again there is nothing they can do. So my best advice is not to move in here because it's not secure as they say."

"First, the staff here are great, very personable and quick to respond to maintenance needs. However, too expensive to live here; well I guess that's CA in general. There's no storage space. I'm in a one-bedroom. There's only the 2 closets, the one in the bedroom, and the one on the porch/balcony. I have to store my vacuum in the open, for there's nowhere else to put it! I do like the long sink in the bathroom. As for the parking, they removed the first come, first serve; we now pay to rent one spot and the other comes with the rental, I believe. An alternative is to rent garage space, but it is kinda pricey. Overall, I've been happy here, other than the space issue, oh and sometimes they're late on the weekends opening the laundry rooms. And if course they hit you with that $100 rent increase after the first 6 months, and again every year."

"Not bad place to live. They are nice and clean. The apartments have been upgraded. They look nice now. Just make sure you don’t get an apartment close to the freeway. The awful 91 fwy. It is so loud you cannot have your sliding door open coz is so loud. Good luck finding parking if you have more than one vehicle. There’s hardly any 600’s available. If you come home late might as well go park your car in the Target parking lot and walk home. It is a 6 month lease. You know how that goes. They start you off low and they increase your rent after the 6 month lease is up."
