"From Kay & Vim: My family is so happy to find this place, Stonegate Apartments. I was hesitant to call at first because I always get a prerecorded machine to pick up my calls. Surprisingly, when I called I heard a friendly voice from the other end. That was Laura at the office. Exceptionally approachable, friendly, accommodating, and very efficient with her work. Never have we met a lady at an apartment office as welcoming as her. If there is a little something that needs to be fixed, call her and it will be done quickly. My family appreciates her very much."

"I would not recommend dealing with these people. I gave my security deposit 4 months ago. Unfortunately I was not able to go through with the lease. My security deposit has not been refunded. I’ve contacting the office via email, called corporate they don’t return my calls. What kind of people are we dealing with? Horrible customer service overall and I lost $350 that could’ve went towards groceries to my family. Thanks a lot Stonegate."

"Im not even going to lie when I first moved here I loved this place the staff were super friendly and we’re very tending to what ever maintenance needs you had going on in your apartment. But now I’m so done with this you couldn’t pay me to stay any longer. I’ve had problems on top of problems on top of problems. In my apartment my ceiling has started leaking water out of no where 2-3 times when there hasn’t been any rain outside. A pipe started springing a huge leak under my sink in the bathroom and water got all of my hair products, blow dryer, nail UV lamp everything, and my ceiling literally started crumbling to the floor from another leak and they still haven’t come to fix it. On top of that all my fridge was half working. It either consistently froze everything that was in there or melted it. WHO CAN LIVE LIKE THIS WITH ALL OF THE INHABITABLE CONTINUOUS ISSUES. The prices you pay here are no where close to worth it. And if your apartment is near the front of the complex I promise you you’ll hear the Alarm go off about 3-4 times a week at the Car Wash right next door and they don’t do a thing about it. Please just save yourself the headache and cash and go somewhere else. I haven’t even talked about the homeless people walking in 2-3 times a day to raid the dumpsters and the gate constantly being broken. DO NOT TRUST THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE PROMISES TO YOU THAT THEY DO NOT KEEP. THEY STILL OWE ME MONEY THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO KEEP."

"I lived here for 3 years and decided to move out when I informed the front office my restroom had mold on the walls and the toilet had mold as well. I brought this to their attention and all they did was send someone over to clean it with bleach days later the mold will come back. The laundry room was always dirty there was always pet hair inside the dryers they will also leave your clothes smelling like vinegar. Also the gates will never work they will always be broken and the homeless people will be wandering around the apartment complex. These apartments are not worth it."
