"Oh god. Where do I begin. Not so bad minus the pest infestation. Honestly, not too shabby since you can pocket bah and get away with subletting. BEFORE YOU MOVE IN CHECK FOR CARPET STAINS. I lived here for nearly two years and they wanted to accuse me of stains I didn’t even do. “New carpet” but they don’t replace the bottom layer."
"The area isn't SAFE. There are many thieves walking at night in parking lot trying to break vehicles' windows. They only assign one parking space per apt and many people park on the street. Manager and assistant are very rude."
