"Management (Rafaela) will harass you none stop about everything, guests? "Omg your mother is STILL visiting? You are aware that your rental agreement states duh duh duh". She will steal your deposit, and you will be uncomfortable as she declares unlawful searches of your living space for the "company safety director" and if you live next door to her office she will have maintenance enter and leave your apartment unlocked. I suspect she did enter my home multiple times while we were out because she left the door unlocked a couple of times. But I don't have proof."

"The manager Rafaela is almost never in the apts and is a very rude and aggressive person. She rents the apts without being sanitized and in poor condition. Wall paint is cheap and it comes off easily. Maintenance doesn't repair apt's damages because she won't allow. She blames tenants for the damages that already exist and takes away the whole deposit. The laundry is never clean and so is the entire property."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. From the beginning we had an issue with the manager Raphaela. First moving in we had some mantinence requests that were never fulfilled. Instead they finally got things fixed that the previous tenant complained about. When we went on vacation we asked if it would be a problem if we could keep one of our cars in an open parking spot. (Since we have 2 and you only get one assigned we didn't think it would be a problem). No my roommate had to park on the street because every 48 hrs you must move your car. She then asked if we wanted her to hold our mail while we were away on vacation. We agreed because we didn't want our mailbox to overfill and be held at the post office. When we got back from vacation we asked for our mail and she said she didn't have enough time to pick it up. The mailbox is literally right next to her office. Don't offer if you aren't going to actually do it. If you have a complaint about a neighbor don't even bother talking to her about it. All four apartments had a complaint about the same neighbor throwing beer bottles off their balcony and she shrugged and told us we should have called the cops. If you think you're getting your deposit back? Guess again. She charges you $300 for repainting and $200 for cleaning. Then when you have a question on why she starts throwing accusations at you. When my roommate called me in tears, I had to call Raphaela because that was the last straw. She of course didn't answer the phone like usual until I was in the middle of leaving my message. Since when do you not talk to both tenants about the break down of the deposit? She wouldn't tell me anything specific that was wrong with the apartment except to tell me my roommate was a liar about leaving a piece of tape on the wall. Thus bringing the paint price from 180 to 300 because of tape. This place is not somewhere you want to live. Most people don't stay that long. There's constantly new people moving in and out. The washers and dryers take your money and when you bring it up to management once again she shrugs. Do not go here. Update: 5 months later and I am still waiting on a reply to the dispute I have sent them."
