"Libby’s attitude is in no way personable, respectful or reasonable.Her personality is very condescending and disrespectful. As it is the apartments aren’t worth a dime. The apartments are always issuing “write ups” for activities normal human beings participate in. Don’t bother asking about their “waiting list” because she’ll do nothing but make you look stupid."

"The manager needs to be looked into. She does not run the complex as it should be ran. Many tenants are afraid she’ll kick them out if they complain of the things she does. Everyone should contact fair housing and file a complaint and then report all unfixed issues with code enforcement because many household repairs are denied repair by manager. I called was told if tenants starts calling in to complain there would be an investigation to way these issues are going unheard or fixed. Please make change for yourselves."

"I’ve lived here over 15 years, I’ve seen lots of growth and things change. Libby is great, she truly has a heart for her residence and only wants the best for us and our property."

"Shortest waiting list I have been on every where else a minimum of a year. Libby the manager is amazing always so nice and welcoming. when i need something fixed its taken care of asap AND the right way not the cheap way! Very involved in the community and often have events for the residents BBQ, back to school,drives,yard sales, etc."
