Staff here is quick to respond to any issues we have. Their maintenance is so prompt and swift. John and David provide amazing professional maintenance as well. I really appreciate living in an apartment complex with such an efficient staff! You guys make everything so much easier!"

"I have lived at Dakota Apartments for 3 months now and I absolutely love it here. I was looking everywhere around town for my first place and ended up loving Dakota out of all I came across . Jessica and Misti made me feel so welcomed to be a new resident here which is a big plus when management is welcoming and caring ! Also can’t forget about the maintenance guys John and David! They are amazing anytime I have a question or anything they are quick to jump on it . Thank you for such an amazing community !"

"I have been here 4 and half years. It has been a great place to rent. I’ve always owned a home since 1999 and this was my first time renting. When I looked for a place , I looked all over this area for the perfect place . They had what I wanted : garage to drive into and walk straight into my apartment, vinyl flooring !!! I hate carpet. , and huge one bedroom apartment with a wrap around porch. The place is beautiful, quaint, quiet , clean , well maintained. Though It was actually better maintained before the new owners canon management took over I believe in 2019. The new owners have gotten lazy especially with the pool area. The management Jessica ,Misti, John and David are WHO make this place golden!!! Jessica went above and beyond for me to get the perfect apartment. John and David also helped me anytime I needed anything with my apartment which wasn’t too often. How they do anything is how they do everything: TOP NOTCH, accountable, efficient, and reliable. I am actually moving out and into a house. I’m really going to miss this place, it’s been like home to me. Thank you Jessica. Thank you John. Thank you David. Thank you Misti. "We have resided at Dakota Apartments for 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to say! Let’s start with the amazing staff. Jessica is always so upbeat and anytime I’ve needed answers to my questions she helps me out and if she doesn’t know she will call me back with a few hours. Misti is always ready and available for all my needs. When I’ve had to call in regarding maintenance needs she is very thorough in making sure there is nothing else that needs attention. John the maintenance supervisor is the sweetest most helpful guy! He makes sure to get to my maintenance issue the same day I put in a work order. David is so sweet as well and will give me follow up calls about what he did or needs to do to fix any issues and they both are great and very timely. I wasn’t planning on being here for 2 years but I’ve found such comfort in this friendly and quiet community that I don’t want to leave. "John and David always do a great job with all Maintenance needs. Always friendly and great service!!!! John and David always greet me, if and when they see me around the complex and always ask how I am doing and if there are any maintenance needs in my apartment, and always follow up with completed maintenance. Misti and Jessica are always friendly and willing to help with any and all needs. What I really appreciate is they make me feel valued as a renter. My wife and I have lived at Dakota for 6 years and I am extremely happy with all aspects of this community."
