"This is the most horrible, dirty, disgusting doctors office I have ever been to. They are rude and it was extremely dirty the last time we were there in person. The offices look like they haven’t been properly cleaned in months if not years!! The staff is often running behind schedule and extremely rude and nasty to deal with. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. The last couple of years this doctors office has deteriorated dramatically. You’re lucky if you can get anyone to return your calls in a reasonable amount of time and I can’t express enough how rude the staff is. When we are there in person they are often running late, understaffed, and only put forth the bare amount of effort. This is the first review I have ever left but I was so disgusted with the way this office is run that I felt I had no other choice. Please DO NOT RISK taking your children to this awful place!! I have been taking my children here for almost 10 years but since the beginning of 2020 they have been going downhill and fast! The weight times are terrible and the time before last, one of the nurses actually swore at my daughter when she pulled away for a nose swab. The nurse ended up shoving the Q-tip so far up her nose that she gave my daughter a bloody nose! Please DO NOT take your children here. I honestly don’t understand how they are still in business and the only thing that I can figure out is that because they are affiliated with Stanford that they have a ton of extra money pouring into the clinic. Please don’t take you children here. IT NOT safe for them!!!"
