"I’ve lived here for 13 years and I liked the old management better. The new management needs a course in customer service. If you call after hours with a maintenance emergency, such as a backed up toilet, they don’t have an emergency phone number listed so you just have to leave a message on their regular voicemail. I thought they had a maintenance person that lived onsite. Not good on following up on email and phone calls. When I wanted to renew my lease, it took me 2 phone calls and one in person visit. Maintenance does not clean up trash left by residents in the main areas. Sometimes, leaves and debris are left by my front door when they clean the sidewalks."

"This will be our second month in the community and its been great. The maintenance crew has been prompt and the community has been welcoming. I love seeing people use the dog park, I do like the gym but it could use a little more variety. Overall we love it here!"

"I've had a series of disappointing experiences with the management of this apartment complex. Despite numerous attempts to communicate with the apartment manager regarding lease updates and maintenance requests, our concerns have been consistently ignored or dismissed. The main gate lock has been broken for a while, the gym lacks air conditioning during scorching summer days, and our apartment's fireplace and window have issues that remain unaddressed. The mailbox was also out of order for over six months. The management office is frequently unstaffed, and emails go unanswered. I hope potential residents consider these points before making a decision."

"Do not waste your time, energy, and patience. My family and I have been trying to move in since June 16th. It is July 28th. The application process is difficult, especially when management does not answer phone calls or emails and prices change on a daily basis. I had to go in FOUR separate times to follow up because there was no response. I last heard from the office July 16th with “we will reach out with any updates”. I guess there still is no update, since I haven’t heard back…. I even reached out to corporate and the secretary even said “I don’t know if the person who oversees management will contact you back”. No wonder no one in the office responds. They give a number of excuses and promise it will get better. It doesn’t. It’s a beautiful complex, but don’t waste your time."

"Management is extremely personable and helpful, and their kindness has made the apartment life that much sweeter! The apartments themselves are nice and clean. I've heard so many apartment horror stories, so we are grateful to have had such a wonderful stay these last few years!"
