"There has been a high turn over in management since residing here 4yrs. 2 1/2 have been covid restricted. Since mandated lifts it has been difficult to obtain use of the multi purpose room. It's been used for cleaning outsource weekly that's occupied by the cleaning crew and there grandchildren being watched wile the staff are "cleaning " the co-op the room has nt been occupied in months by tenants so what's to clean? The gardening service is a joke. The gate is hazardous the second main entrance is unreliable and the main entrance is usually locked from the inside without a way out. It's disheartening seeing that this is a senior complex with out the desirable up keep paying residents deserve."

"Manager is very rude. I was with my grandma and She didn't seem to care or talk to her with respect. I had to cut in and tell her to respect her. My grandma didn't want me to say anything because She was scared to get on the managers bad side and have problems with her or be quicked out of the complex."

"Looks nice on the outside but they dont like animals especially cats the parking is skechy cause theres no assigned parking and they constantly spy on you looking for trivial things to blame you for. The front doors are left open but sometimes only one side is locked but no one has a key Napping seems to be the only activity here"

"If you are on section 8 you don't want to live here it's to expensive.there not worth it no pool no activities the manager is never there "quote she says she has a life. Don't approach her after hours she will start swinging her head and waving her hands like she just don't care, BECAUSE SHE GOTTA A LIFE!!!.They Need A New Manager There . Because she has a life ??"

"Because it is new, it is in great condition. Turf keeps it low maintenance. murals help it feel cheerful. They are well-designed units and have both stairs and an elevator to the upstairs floor. It is also Section 8 housing."
