"Bad management. That girl Gloria is so rude and unprofessional. First says she has an apartment available next thing is no we don't but leave ur deposit. How can we leave it if haven't seen the place."

"So I have have read some of the reviews about this apartment building and I have been here about 8 years now. To me it is not the best but believe me it is not the worst. Believe me!!!!! As for the manager Gloria has been very good to my family. Yes there are things that I may need to be done in my spot that may take time to get it done. Remember she has a boss and her boss has a boss. I have seen people talk out the side of their necks and she stays calm. Glad it was not me. That guy talking bad about her about having herpes , he just mad because he wanted to get at her and she told him NO. Lol and I was there when he was trying to get at her."

"Been living here 8 years. No central AC so it’s hot during the summer. They only have one maintenance man so you have to wait a little while for maintenance. The manager Gloria is nice we like her and maintenance staff"

"Please do not waste your time with this place. Lived here for 17 years no problems with management ever until Gloria became manager. For years she tried to evict my family for no reason she was never successful in that. Never fixed any repairs needed in the unit failed inspections and she still never fixed anything. Turned in a 60 day notice to leave then she acted like she evicted us? She’s an evil heartless person didn’t even let us get all of our furniture lost so much in that unit because of her she’s a liar she steals money and she’s just a horrible “human” being in general. Don’t put yourself through suffering by coming here its infested with roaches and rodents anyways. She’s also so rude! Super shady too needs to get looked into asap"

"Lived there for a while had no issues up until it was time to get security deposit. They will not provide itemized bill or security deposit after 21 days of moving out and under California law a landlord MUST return the renters security deposit with itemized bill or itemized statement of deductions and to top it off do not answer phone calls or emails. Keep all your paper work and make sure to take lots of before and after pictures you will need them"
