"Would not recommend these apartments not worth the price there are a lot of homeless people trying to get in the complex and they break into cars. I've seen poop on the premises a few times. Some electrical outlets don't work and were installed upside down. Also, the smoke alarm is highly sensitive."

"DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING HERE. Not only is the staff incredibly rude and inconsiderate, when one of my neighbors damaged my $50,000 car, the staff refused to help, deleted evidence of the damage and not only did I not receive my deposit back they put me In debt for $2700 with no explanation. I have court proceedings currently being drafted. Please sue me for defamation, on God."

"What an amazing property and staff! Was a little apprehensive about the area being never really living outside of a valley lifestyle but man this place is remarkably amazing!! From the new style apartments to the social/common areas being super welcoming, and even the other tenants being super friendly. Just an overall great atmosphere to call home. Being the property is so close to other business such as restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping at an ease of walking right across the street is super convenient! If you are searching for a place to call your home next don't pass this gem up ! Thank you Khadijah and Bernardo for making the move in and living experience so amazing!"

"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Management is AWFUL. They have no communication skills and do not respect residents! They will milk every penny out of you, especially when you move out! They are snakes. Just look at their negative yelp reviews. I've talked to several residents who had similar negative experiences. Not to mention, you will live right in front of the railroad tracks, where hundreds of loud trains pass by. This is not a good place to live, especially if you work from home. Furthermore, paying $2500+ for a 1 bedroom in Riverside is ridiculous. The people who are giving 5 star reviews either work there or are friends/family of management who work there. I checked their profiles. LOL. They are trying to cover up for the bad reviews. I regret renting here!! I should've listened to my gut. They will offer any discount to trap you into a lease."

"What a great maintenance staff. Bernardo is simply wonderful! Since moving in he has continued to be such a delight. His attention to detail, professionalism, responsiveness and always friendly and courteous demeanor is never unnoticed. Unfortunately, after moving in I developed some very serious health issues. Whenever I see Bernardo he always goes out of his way to try to make me smile. He has certainly brightened many of my days which has meant the world to me in these very difficult times. Travis is great as well, and his personality is outstanding when it comes to customer service. In my opinion both gentlemen are definitely assets to the property."
