"It says water, trash, heat, sewer are included in rent. That's a NO. You have to pay for sewer and heating for the winter. It says there's recycling but no, it's expensive rent just be prepared it will go up every year there."

"My husband and I live here. It's right around the corner from Mt. RUBIDOUX, it is across the street from a park that accommodates a mile track to walk and work out as well as basketball a d baseball and toys for the kids. The apartment grounds have a pool and lots of lush trees. It is just beautiful here. The management takes great care of the complex. No problems have ever happened while we have lived here very quiet. Well worth the wait we had to wait to get into these apartments. Just love it here!"
