"We were so excited to move to our first place but this manager played us. Literally took our money and then ghosted us about move in dates. Never called or notified just plain ghosted. Hes a kid needs alot if growing up to do."

"Initially this complex was owned by another company. It was very clean, quiet, no pest roaches, and no theft. However, the building changed ownership recently and now it’s noisy, roach infested, and theft. The new owners claimed that tenants owned back rent and charged them without showing any proof."

"These apartments are nasty dirty. These apartments look ok to live in but after a few months they place starts falling. It has roach infestation. They spray twice and never said what they sprayed. After they sprayed it seem like more roaches came. They come from under the walls and out the sinks. The water is always being repaired. The water is nasty. It has a smells it looks dirty. People are rude and loud. Bad vibes.The managers suck. We got our deposit bad 3 months after we moved out. When we was supposed to get it 21 days after we left. People are always in the back parking lot digging through the trash and hanging out. You get what you pay for. Don’t live here. It not worth what you pay."
