"My husband and I loved living here! If you're looking for a cozy spot to call home that's within walking distance to downtown Riverside, this is your place. The vibe here was unbeatable – it was relaxed, quiet, and welcoming right from the get-go. The apartments themselves are top-notch for rentals. Spacious, modern, and with all the amenities you could ask for. The gym and yoga rooms were always spotless alongside the pool, spa and barbecue areas. It's elevated apartment living and probably the best bang for your buck in Riverside. The real MVPs are the staff. RB, Celeste, Manny and Ruben made this place feel like home, and were always ready to help out with whatever you need. You can tell that they take great pride in Centerpointe and really care that the residents feel safe, and secure. They installed top-notch security gates and they make sure that the parking garage is secure daily. They even host events for residents throughout the year. My favorite was the 4th of July party. At the end of the night, we all gathered at the top of the parking deck and had the best view of the fireworks, as we're situated right across from Mount Rubidoux! Alongside the awesome staff and the amenities, the location was one of the top reasons for living here. Everything you need is a stone's throw away – shops, restaurants, parks - it's like the convenience of living in the middle of a city with but without the noise and traffic. And if you're into the outdoors, Mount Rubidoux is walking distance, an easy hike that's great year-round. Fairmount Park is just a 5-minute walk away as well if you want to take a jog or play some golf. Honestly, moving here was one of the best decisions my husband and I made when we moved to CA, and we were truly sad to leave as we had to relocate closer to LA. It didn't feel just like an apartment complex- it's a community where you feel like you belong."

"Terrible location , came out to visit my brother this summer , he lives in these overpriced “luxury “ apartments in the riverside downtown area which is a dirty and terrible area! He advised me better off parking on the street and not the guest parking because my vehicle might get towed if not moved within 2 hours , I find it ridiculous that tenants wouldn’t have a designated guest parking for overnight guest . I also got to experience who I thought was management bark rules at other tenants or guests not sure . Come to find out it was the owner , he was arrogant, loud , rude and so unprofessional, regardless of the situation that behavior was awful to witness ."

"Almost a year living here in Centerpointe and definitely one of the best apartment management I’ve ever had! RB and Emmanuel are the best and so quick to address any issues or maintenance requests! Any guests who visit always say it feels like a resort :) Only issue is elevator does run a lil slow.. so if you’re ever in a rush definitely take the stairs!"

"I've been living here for about a month now and I will say this is a very nice place to live. From scheduling the tour to moving in, our experience with RB (manager) and his staff has been a pleasant one. We needed to move asap and RB was willing to come in after his work hours to give us a tour and expedited our application process. RB made it a smooth and fast process. RB and his staff have excellent customer service and are very attentive of current and future tenants. They do care about their tenants. If you want resort style luxury living with great management I recommend Centerpointe at Market."
