"Jurupa Royals apartments should have no stars. It's dirty, it smells like dog pee, next to the office.The dog park not suitable for animals to play, its muddy all over, not cleaned, has poop all over. has no doggy bags they don't change the trash bag. The kids have no proper playground to play. In the parking where cars pass.kids run around ontop of not safe rocks thatJurupa Royals has decorated.When it rains the water rises up enters the apartments. There is 2 Landry mats but only one is open when it's open Jurupa Royals employees doesn't care if the machine are in use the just close lock it . The Landry machine are dirty they have dog hair,sand, roaches. The apartments have roaches reaches layers of paint the cabinet open. Way to expensive to live here."
