"First I want to address the other reviews. I have been a resident for over 3 years so I will address the posts that are less than 3 years old only. -Royce lived across the street and complained about parking. At that time a gated single family home community with limited parking was completed at the end of our street and their residents park on Correll Street. All our residents have assigned covered parking and we have guest parking as well. -Alisia said she and her mother were managers here and the owners were bad. I know she hasn’t been a manager here for at least the last 4 years. The old owners did not take care of the property back then but they had to clean it up to sell it and we got new owners in 2019. The new owners have been working hard on improvements inside and outside here since the day they took over. New units are all completely remodeled. -Zoltan was evicted after years of her adult son and his girlfriend having domestic fights. Water is paid for by the property owners here so not sure about the hose complaint. -Lilly kitten was evicted for having too many cats and lying about it repeatedly for over 2 years. *Our manager now has been a resident here for years and the manager here for 2 years. She really helped get the place organized and cleaned up. *We also got new owners in March 2019. They hired on our manager so the transition was seamless and they have been focused on improving the property since. All the units are fully remodeled (I’m so jealous!). Property is a clean, quiet family environment. I highly recommend getting yourself on a wait list. They have 1/2/3 bedrooms. It’s a really nice older property getting the updating it needed. You should come check it out. The office is open Tues-Sat.8am-5pm"

"I used to be the manager there along with my mom. The owners are legit slum lords. They hardly ever change the carpets when people move out, they paint the bathtub/shower with some type of paint that comes off the moment you try to clean the tub. They also paint the kitchen counter tops with the same paint. The entire place is a mess. Outdated decor from the 80s and they continue to raise the rent every year, for a dump. Do not move in this place!"
