Mission Lofts Apartments

"My husband and I have been living here for almost 2 years! We can both say we are pleased with our stay. The leasing office was upfront during the application process, the maintenance team is extremely friendly and we see them cleaning the complex daily. This is truly a luxury apartment. The rate is on the pricier end however the experience come with so many valuable amenities. You're right next to downtown, close to freeways entrances and the entire complex is gate protected, making it impossible for danger to enter. Though I must mention that the walls aren't as sound proof. We hear every door shut in the hallways, the neighbors movement upstairs and the train goes by often. We've gotten accustomed to these things so if you can too, come live happy at mission lofts!"

"Been living here now about 2 years, its a decent apartment living. Pros and cons below: Pros: Can walk to downtown riverside Metrolink access Laundry in units Brand new units Gym is modern with plenty of workout gear Pool and jacuzzi are great Parking is decent with permits after 10pm Game room is decent Management is always nice Cons: Neighbors are usually loud and walls are thin Door mats can get stolen People bump music from there cars while parking at all times of the night Streets surrounding apartments can get loud due to racing and burnouts Train can be annoying at times due to horn crossing People who have pets dont clean up after them Drug addicts can sometimes walk thru parking Hot water sometimes has issues"

"Amazing staff, great building, amenities. I have lived at these apartments for a while now, and i can safely it’s a great place to call home. The highlight of staying here is the apartment staff/management team, they’re great people and super attentive to requests and concerns, and it’s honestly been the biggest part of me staying here as long as I have. I’ve lived at other apartments where management can unfortunately make the experience a hassle. The apartment building itself is still pretty new and feels that way, and having a delivery locker and in unit washing/drying is a life saver. High unit ceilings, and a nice gym are also a plus, on top of assigned parking. One caveat: if you’re really allergic to urban noise this may not be the place for you, since it is close to downtown and train tracks. BUT I also have to say that my unit feels like it muffles outside sounds really well and sounds from neighbors rarely register at all. All in all, a great place I can recommend to almost anyone!"

"Tour was great. Had a situation where we had to switch to a 1 bedroom last minute. We were not able to see the one bedroom until we signed day of. Paint all over the floor. The in unit fridge is not the dimensions of the opening so you can’t open a drawer or cabinet all the way. The spouts for water were so foul. Also the toilet didn’t come with the right size toilet seat and they placed a seal as if it was new. It was used. Updated Review: The office were quick to respond to fix the issues. Which I did appreciate. I guess they went with a different cleaning crew in between the old tenants and us. It's a great location close to downtown. Yes, there is a lot of train noise, but it is walking distance to the train station so that is expected."

"I had a great stay at Mission Lofts Apartments this year. The staff were very nice, professional in their approach, and extremely helpful. The apartments have a modern look, with nice interiors and plenty of space. The location is great and the amenities are pretty good as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The only couple of issues which I felt were a bit inconvenient were the absence of a dumpster in the apartment compound or in the vicinity, and the limited availability of guest parking spaces. Otherwise, everything else was very convenient for me. The rent was also very decent in my regard."
