"Moved here in 2021. I haven't had any issues with roaches or maintenance repairs. Parking is okay. You do get 1 space with your unit but if you have 2 cars you have to park on the back wall. There are also parking spaces available to rent for $50. Which I think is reasonable, my last apartment charged $150 a month for an extra space. I've seen cars get towed but only people who don't listen and park in the red zone or in handicap with no placard. My neighbor is cool too. He has been here way longer than me though 15 years. Manager has always been nice to me. Same person since I've been here."
