"Today I entered in to an Apartment community, James Apartment.. Hopefully to be part of A Community filled with beautiful scenery. I met Lara Assistance community Director. Her personality lights up the room as You step in the Leasing office such a calm gentle spirit.This is Such a change to what I'm used to..Also I met Erika the Community Director, her personality as well brings light to into James Apartments , Such Confident women ....I've never encountered myself.. The James Apartments brings newness to Riverside in the most Natural vibrant , calming feeling , Leave you in a Mind cascading off the Mtns with Sunshine , and Sunlight hitting and bouncing of the pools Surface .Thank you"

"Recently an undergrad of mine, Ethan, introduced me to this complex. Ethan encouraged me to review my experience with him helping me find a new home. He is an avid real estate enthusiast who always looks to find anyone he cross paths with a better living experience. After a few conversations of my (not ideal) current living experience, he presented The James apartments complex to me. Although I ultimately chose a different relocation, I can’t deny his determination to assist in this process. There are many great selling points he pointed out to me including, but not limiting to, personalized parking, free appliances, modernized amenities, and washing machines. It is impressive to see the interior design of the apartment units compared to other apartment units close to UCR. I can definitely vouch for The James being a very viable form of living for grad students looking for an off campus living. I would be lying if I were to recommend undergrads to live farther than walking distance from campus. To circle back to the person who encouraged me to write this review in the first place; I am proud of you Ethan. It’s not a walk in the park to work concurrently while you attend university. Furthermore, it is admirable to see your desire for success. I have no doubt you will obtain more listings of even higher economic stature. "I met Ethan at UCR and he went out of his way to help me find affordable housing when I needed it. He helped me find an affordable apartment home at The James. It was super sweet of him to help me even though it was a little out of my price range, he still guided me the through the whole process and made me feel very comfortable. Even after the fact, he recommended me to his friend Ty at a different complex. Ty was equally as nice and helpful. They make a great team together. I would definitely recommend The James Aprtment homes to UCR students who need a place to stay during this school year and make sure to ask for Ethan he is very caring and will make sure you get a good deal."

"Ethan and Ty , what can I say they are literally the best. They worked very hard to get us in and I really appreciate that. I was even late struggling to get the money order together and they stayed late just to give us the keys. The apartments are very clean but best of all their customer service is A+! Idk what I would do without them!!!!"
