"The people that live here are friendly, the apartments are beautiful, especially the way the floor plans are built with the extra loft and small room upstairs perfect for a child, maintence personnel and manager are always on top on making the property safe,clean and attending to our needs. I have enjoyed living here thus far . Thank you Rita and Thomas"

"Nice, clean and quite community. I have had nothing but a positive experience living here. Any maintenance/repair situations I have had are addressed quickly. Move in process was pleasant. Would highly recommend if needing a place to live"

"Please do not come here in apply even if the computer says your approved Miss nosy Rita needs to go though all your info to see if you fit her standards lol and you will not get your holding deposit back even if Rita emailed saying she gave it to you back and you wait the 15 business days and still don't have it just for her to email you just to tell you that your not getting your money back lol and block your phone numbers after . She lied and said that we never gave her the social number that's why we weren't approved but I have another email saying she didn't want to continue the process if I wasn't going to give her my taxes info for 2021. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache from this lady. And if you do decide to apply here please get the Vaseline and ibuprofen ready your going to need it! Also Rita please stop leaving reviews if your the one in charge let real people leave reviews!"

"I’ve been here about a month now , after reading the previous reviews I was a bit iffy on coming here , but Rita did everything in her power to make sure I was happy and able to rent here. I have no complaints and waited some time to leave a legitimate review ."

"If i could give this place zero stars i would!! Rita is an instigator. I went and applied with my family for an apartment. we paid $400.00 on applications and holding deposit, i went and turned in all of our paperwork. She ran our application in front of me! I saw how it gave her the green light APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS!! later once i leave she calls me and tell me they denied our whole application. She tried giving me a whole lecture on credit, also, she went one by one on our credit report making nasty gestures. By far the worst place! She did a hard credit check which hurt us on our credit. She never even sent us an email to confirm we were denied, until my mom called to regulate on her(a day later)."
