"DO NOT RENT HERE. There is MOLD everywhere, it made me and my daughters sick. Along with the absolute worst management and GREEDY owners it was the worst place I ever lived by far. Nothing gets fixed, you’re under constant watch and there is NO PRIVACY. They sure do enjoy charging you for every little thing, I feel for the people who have no choice but to live here. RUN FROM THIS PLACE looks are deceiving."

I like the idea that safety is a main concern of Monroe Manor, I have always observed a family-like welcome from the team at Monroe Manor and I have lived there almost 4 years. "Warning!!! I lived here and it was there worst experience in my life. The manager and her nosey husband room life's throwing renters out if they don't like the look of a family member. They micro manage so severely that you can't even live in peace. They have cameras in the apt that they monitor ever minute if the day just to be nosey and have something to talk about. The manager lolly, sits on her couch and doesn't get up ever! Her husband Gabriel looks into windows of the tenants for whatever reason like a creep. They are so unprofessional and they act so friendly and when you move in they try to control everything from your company to what you wear literally. If your clothes don't look appropriate they knock on your door. If your bathing suit isent to Thier standard they tell you to get outa the pool. They make the tenants pay for repairs and tell the owner they paid for it and pocket the money. A few tenats with disabilities they the out for unreasonable reasons and they treat colored people very badly. They told my daughter's friend she could not go into the attachment that she had to wait outside. It was my apt !!!! Don't text here you'll regrett it."

"My sister use to live there, during that time it was horrendous! The managers were a married couple, Lollie & Gabriel, lollie never got off the couch, and Gabriel was accused more then Once of looking Into windows. I caught him as well. They question all tenants guests and micro manage In such a way its disturbingly awkward. Knocking on tenants doors on almost a daily basis for such ridiculous things. What really offended me was the way lolly WOULD talk badly about other tenants and gossip on them with kist about anybody and it was very unprofessional. Also they made tenants pay for all repairs that were normal wear and tear issues and demanded for the receipts. So they could get the money from the owner. And pocketed it. AND DON'T try to tell the owner THEY LET IT BE KNOW HE EATS OUT OF THERE HANDS! I'M SO GLAD MY SISTER LEFT! I use to live In there sister apartment 8220 magnolia, managed by the daughter Alexsis. Omg even worse. Roaches in both places... Just be careful they even trash your name after you leave."
