"Leasing agent didn't even show up to give us tour. We drove 25 minutes to upland to waste our time. Called the individual several times and no answer or reply. Poor way to show your management team, and or represent your apartments."

"Please fix the lights. It has been like this for months. We emailed. We can’t see at night. I almost tripped and someone else stepped on dog poop. Also I don’t like that they never get back to us when there is a issue, or say they “don’t know” for most things. It’s frustrating."

"Can't wait to move out of this dump. If you're looking for a ridiculous place to call home, look no further. Property has changed for the worse. Last year, they sent out notices stating that parking permits would be required. Information was submitted, and nothing was done. Once again, we got notices this year that we would need to receive a parking permit. I submitted vehicle information, received my stickers, and parked where signs state "permit parking", only to find my car towed. Office personnel was very rude when I called and simply said "signs were posted". I would not recommend moving here. The apartments are not maintained and have black mold that is just painted over, and there is dog poop everywhere. The apartments are way overpriced, and now they are trying to charge extra for parking. Spend your money elsewhere."

"I absolutely can not believe that I now have to pay extra to park my truck at this bleepin place. Locked in by a lease and I already pay way too much to live here. Already paid monthly for covered parking that only had half the roof. Took them 3 months to give a different spot after they said they would repair."
