"I never have seen this kind of Motels I don’t know what do they call hotel or motel but I guess it is less than motel if I was able to give this location zero stars then I definitely give this hotel. Zero stars because I travel a lot I go to a lot of places I stay in the hotels motels, but this type of customer service I have never experienced it before and they saying breakfast included when you go in the morning time there’s no breakfast just only coffee and there’s a two bottle of juice apple and orange juice that’s it that’s their breakfast when I ask she said this is complementary that means they think it’s free, I don’t recommend anyone this motel for sure."

"Quiet place to come, friendly Staff, clean rooms, me and my wife have been coming for a while.. very nice place. With close by. Activity's The Gentleman that works the office is always polite, Has smile on his face friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you Super 8 Upland."

"Very convenient location. Rooms are big, bed ok. Shower is old and not getting warm. Besides low water pressure. Complementary breakfast; haven't seen anything. The juice machine was out of order and further there was nothing. So be prepared to get your own breakfast"

"I had a great experience at the Super 8 Upland Ontario. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they made sure everything was clean and comfortable for me during my stay. I got the jacuzzi room and it was very nice to relax and enjoy for a few days. Thank you!"

"This place was disgusting! Cockroach ran across the floor, dirty walls, dirty floors, no sweep or mop under beds, I moved bed to find dirt, hair, bobby pins and what looked like spit. Food in corners by door, cracked sink, toilet paper in peep hole, no tissue to blow nose, just left empty, Walls needed washing down, floor boards as well. the staff was slow to check you in. I was actually told I was given an upgraded room. I would hate to see what room looks like as not upgraded. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay."
