Summer Ridge Apartments

"Do you want to know the worst manager ever?? Rosa Mendoza is her name!! This apartments are worst each tame,laundry room always duty, the pool and the jacuzzi are nasty, there is trash all over all the time. The manager always says yes ok!! But they never fix nothing ,she is never at the office. They don't even deserve one star. And now, no guest parking!!"

"Everything is wrong, outside lights don't work well, the garden maintenance is horrible, there are mice in the apartments, the handrails are very badly made (bad safety measures) among other things. Search for a better place if possible."

"These apartments are disgracefully run and managed. Projects on buildings left half done. The pool area is horrible and dirty. Currently there is caution tape around the jacuzzi and broken lounge furniture strewn around the deck. Put a gate in front entrance that does not work to pretend they are a gated community. Parking is a joke. Trash dumpsters always overflowing. So that brings mice,rats and roaches. Water to apartments has been shut off at 3 times for more than 12 hrs in last 6 weeks. They do not hire licensed professionals to do the work. The grounds are dirty and they do not water landscaping. Just to let you know you have been forewarned. They charge prime rent for a ghetto establishment."

"I it disgraceful how the apartment discriminate. They change one race one price and another race a lesser price for a larger apartment. I believe a complaint letter the the housing authority is in order. If everyone would take the time to write in maybe they would no longer be able to deny to fix heaters, garbage disposal, window a/c units and stop charging different rates based on if they like a person or not!"

"Summer Ridge Apartments is the best place in Fallbrook to move into. Not only has the staff made a great change to the previous service, they also go the extra mile to fulfill tenants full satifaction. I truly satified with the work perform from both the manager and maintenance. When i have an issue with my unit the issue gets taken care of almost imminently. Thank you and keep up the good work."
