"Just a substandard PM company that does not treat their tenants with any respect or professionalism. Issues and concerns are dealt with negativity and distrust for the tenants when we are upstanding people. They also take very long to resolve any sort of issue (weeks). We live in one of the most desirable locations in Orange County and it is only because of this PM company that our stay is less than desirable. They just don't know how to treat respectable families looking to maintain a higher standard of living. *Updated* AIM has indeed come back and addressed all of our issues to a decent standard. Nothing was left unresolved. With that being said, we have increased the rating and will recommend that others give AIM properties a look when relocating to the Southern California area."

"If you care about where you live, don't use AIM properties. This review is a long time coming. This place enables and takes the money of slum lords and refuses to repair and does the bare minimum that is required to manage properties. The staff is rude and do not reply back to emails or calls. I have video of them looking over my wall and taking photos without my consent. I could go on and on about all of the illegal things they have done. The reviews are accurate, stay clear of renting or using their services for your properties."

"The worst management company we have ever experienced. We have moved half a dozen times in California and never have we had such a terrible experience. No working dish washer for over year even with monthly calls and check ins. And then no washing machine for 2 months. The staff would ignore calls, not respond or hang up on you. Ignored emails and tried to pretend they didn’t receive items. Thank goodness for documented emails. Unprofessional, disrespectful and disgusting behaviour from a company and the staff. Finally when we did leave they tried to charge over $2000 for painting, which was not on the lease and only if you didn’t stay a year, which we did. We have a perfect rental history with no past issues, and yet they still chose to treat our young family this way."

"They might have good properties and give off the appearance that they are indeed professional. That's not the case i recommend you look for another place. I've gotten a lease with them and they made my life a living hell. They even went as far as to impose rules after i had already signed all the paperwork. They kept making excuses to evict me and i didn't even bother i honesty took my money elsewhere. These people have nice attitude only when you sign up they are lying to you about paying a high deposit and only care about money. They don't want to send someone to go fix whatever is wrong with the property. They've gone and hung up on me when i ask for credentials to report them. They themselves know that they are a dirty company i honestly rarely make reviews about anything but incan assure you. That being somewhere else that is not by AIM Properties will give you a better living experience. Theses people don't care about your family's well being. If you read this Thank you"

"We started at a property that AIM managed and stayed for several years. While we were there they responded very quickly to all maintenance requests. Any issues that we had were dealt with in a timely manner. We were sad to leave when we decided to move on because we needed more room in order to move in my sister and my nephew. So we moved on to a bigger property and therefore away from AIM. The new property turned out to be a complete nightmare. Long story short we only stayed there for two months and called AIM right away to seek out a new place. They found one that fit our needs right away and it couldn't have worked out better. When we moved in to the new place I did notice the water heater was acting a little strange. Within a few days not only did they have someone come check it out but they had a brand new one installed. The maintenance man who came was very friendly and made sure to explain everything to me. It was great to know that we were back with a company that knows what it means to take care of there tenants. :)"
