"I've been renting since Feb of 2020. For the first year everything was great besides the parking and the small pool being really busy over the summer of course. Going on 3 years, things have gotten bad. Let me start with the good, that is maintenance, they're professional and get the job done. Now the bad, parking has gotten way out of control. We have people with vehicles not registered to park in the apartments but do so leading to some getting towed. Sometimes having to park outside the apartments on the street which now the city comes and gives you a citation. You are only allowed to register two vehicles. Since we've gotten new tenants this last two years we've been seeing a lot of spiders, bugs and huge roaches throughout the apartment in the garage and patio. We never had this problem the first year we moved in. I paid rent on time even through covid well they closed amenities at one point having to schedule appointment to use the amenities, including raising my rent close to $300. Simon is professional and helped with everything to move in, he told us return a week later to move in and get the keys to the apartment. We also paid the deposit. So when I returned the lady with short hair helped us and said no you ain't moving in today you need to go through the process. She was unprofessional at her job. The new tenants have been dumping their trash on the floor where the dumpster are, sometimes it's so full you can't walk inside. They slap on some fake wood floors and granite tops and call it luxury. You get white appliances, no ceiling fans in the bedrooms as well as no ceiling lights. Everything falls apart and breaks easily. Gym is very small. So all in all these apartments are low tier luxury. You can do better else where. I don't recommend these apartments."

"I moved out Sept 2022. During the 6 years I lived there, the office staff and maintenance staff were always professional and helpful. I didn't encounter any issues that would leave a bad taste, as some would say. It was nice that the apt included a washer/dryer and garage. In addition, the patio area has a storage room, which can be useful. My apt faced the freeway close to the playground and for the most part the freeway sounds didn't bother me. I enjoyed the sunsets and the view. I also enjoyed the leaves along the freeway wall that change color during the fall. During the spring and sometimes summer, the lilies bloom. If you are considering moving to this apt complex , schedule an appointment to tour the grounds to get a sense of the parking, freeway sounds, trash area etc. Each person's experience is going to be different."

"My family and I are going on 6 years here. We had some 'neighbor' issues early on that were out of managements control. Despite that we have been fine with our living situation. Like anywhere, the homeless population dumpster dive on occasion. The trash overflows likely due to the inconsiderate tenants who put their old furniture mattresses etc, the dumpster area. I work in customer service and despite all the negative reviews, maintenance team is solid leasing office team are courteous."
