"I've lived here for the past two years and have nothing but good things to say about the management and maintenance personnel at this complex. All of the staff are friendly, respectful, and competent. Constant improvements are being made to the common areas and the staff does their best to deter theft and to deter other people from stealing assigned parking spots. Maintenance requests are solved in a timely and convenient manner as well. Plus there is a small dog park and a nice green space if you have a dog. My only complaint would be random people that sneak into the complex and steal packages but as long as you have a ring camera or use the secure lockers they have for packages you should be fine."

"I've put in time to research this apartment and, after a tour with Andy, I was glad he was able to address all my questions and showcase the property thoroughly. I had made the decision to submit an application right there and then, and despite the office closing soon, Andy made sure my application was processed by the end of the day. I appreciated his efforts. Looking forward to living here."

"Lots of issues, wouldn’t recommend; especially true for families. 1. Parking is non-existent and prohibits you from being able to do basic errands or go grocery shopping; we were towed the second day being here. We stayed home for the majority duration of the lease because of not being able to park. 2. Lots of garbage and randoms digging around the waste areas at night; anyone can basically walk in at any time. We’ve had walked by people sleeping in the hallways and dead pets rotting in the waste areas. A tenant was also evicted for stealing mail (boxes were broke for several months), was still happening when we had left. 3. Staff are permitted to enter dwelling at their discretion for ‘routine checks’; this is mandatory per the lease agreement and has happened multiple times. 4. Management are incredibly passive about repairs, maintenance of the property, and security. They’re very aggressive about collecting fees (will post flyers on your front door). 5. The security deposit will be almost completely utilized, even if dwelling is left clean. Not sure what contractors are charging such exorbitant rates, but the invoice quote was suspiciously high for basic cleaning the property should be responsible for."

"We have been apartment hunting for a couple of months and we knew Canyon Park would be our home after our first tour. Kelly was so charismatic, informative and efficient during our moving process. It felt like management was very invested in us and attentive to our needs, he made us feel right at home. We don't technically live there yet, but so far has been a very pleasant and easy experience."

"Canyon Park is an awesome community to live in. It’s quite and safe with a great remodeled club house, gym, and rooms. I have lived here for 6 months and have had a great experience so far. For the most part everyone is pretty friendly and keeps to themselves. Things are well kept such as the landscape and infrastructure. The maintenance and landscape people are always on top of things as well as the staff, they are very friendly and do a great job in keeping this place looking/running great."
